Frequently asked questions

Is Clockify more expensive than Kraze?

Kraze publishes three tiers (Free, Pro at $10/user/mo, Enterprise at $25/user/mo) that include time tracking, leave management and employee management. Clockify's entry paid tiers are cheaper per seat for time tracking alone (Basic from $3.99/user/mo, Standard from $5.49/user/mo), but leave management only unlocks on the Standard plan and above, and there's no employee-management module - so the right comparison depends on which modules you need.

Does Clockify include leave management like Kraze?

Kraze includes leave management as a module across its published plans. Clockify offers a "Time Off" feature with policies, approvals and balance tracking, but it's gated to the Standard plan and above - it isn't available on Clockify's Free or Basic plans.

Can I choose where my data is hosted with Clockify?

Kraze's infrastructure is EU-hosted with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit for every plan. Clockify lets customers on the Pro plan and above choose EU (Germany), UK, USA or Australia hosting, per its own pricing page - that choice isn't available on Clockify's Free or Basic plans.

Is Clockify available in Portuguese?

Yes for both. Kraze offers a bilingual Portuguese/English interface, and Clockify's own site lists Portuguese among its five supported interface languages (alongside German, English, Spanish and French).
